APPROVAL OR REJECTION 

We reserve all rights to approve or reject ANY affiliate application at our sole or absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against Throne Kingdom for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application.  

 

TERMINATION & MODIFICATION 

We reserve all rights to terminate or modify your agreement in our sole discretion. Provided that such a modification shall apply to events occurring after such a modification of agreement is accepted by and agreed to by the affiliate. 

 

BRANDING/MARKETING 

Throne Kingdom reserves all rights to the branding of our business name on Google platforms such as the advantage of keyword advertising and sponsored posts and therefore strictly prohibits the use of such an advertising tactic. All affiliates will be solely responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of their advertisement services on the affiliate site, social media platforms or streaming platform or any other of electronic and in person marketing. Affiliate only receives the agreed commission on purchases made by their affiliate ink.
